Ronaro Machado Correa, Civil Engineer
Dr. Ronaro is Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since August 2011. Previously, he had been holding the position of Vice Chairman since 2004. Throughout his business career of more than 40 years, he held the following occupations. He was Head of Coal Mine at Cia. Carbonífera Urussanga in Santa Catarina, Head of the Department of Budget at Magnesita S/A; founding partner and Vice President at Cimetal Siderurgia S/A; founding partner and Director at Vetorial Siderurgia Ltda., and founding partner and Director at Viga Mineração e Engenharia Ltda.; this company has been incorporated by Ferrous Resources do Brasil. Dr. Ronaro Correa is a Mining and Metallurgy Technician, graduated at Escola Técnica de Mineração e Metalurgia from Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, and he majored in Civil Engineering at FUMEC from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. He also attended Escola Superior de Guerra – ESG (Brazilian Armed Forces) in Rio de Janeiro in 1981. He was founder and first President of Associação Brasileira de Carvão Vegetal in Belo Horizonte and of Associação Brasileira de Silvicultura in Sao Paulo. He was a member of the Economics at Associação Comercial de Minas Gerais and a Congressman representing the State of Minas Gerais in the Brazilian House of Representatives, in the Brazilian National Constituent Assembly and in the Brazilian Congress, from 1987 to 1990. He was also deputy leader for the PFL party and Permanent Member of the Brazilian Committee of Economy and Transport. Dr. Ronaro Correa has several distinctions at federal, state and municipal levels, both as an industrial and as a parliamentarian. He is Honorary Citizen in several states and counties and Commendations Holder of the Government and Private Class Institutions.

Romero Machado Correa, Mining, Metallurgical and Civil Engineer
Dr. Romero Correa is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group, and since 2004 he has been serving as Chairman of the board. Throughout his business career of more than 40 years he has held these occupations at the following companies. He was Head of the blast furnaces area at João Monlevade and Head of the Reduction Department, encompassing the mining, sintering and blast furnaces sectors at Cia. Siderúrgica Belgo Mineira. He was founding partner and President at Cimetal Siderurgia S/A, founding partner and Director at Vetorial Siderurgia Ltda. and founding partner and Director at Viga Mineração Ltda., which was incorporated by Ferrous Resources do Brasil. Dr. Romero Correa was Director at Associação Comercial de Minas, Member of the Board of Directors at Instituto Brasileiro de Siderurgia, Adviser at ABM, Member of Conselho Empresarial Brasil-Estados Unidos and Adviser at Fundação Gorceix, among other occupations. Dr. Romero Machado Correa is a Mining, Metallurgical and Civil Engineer, and graduated at Escola de Minas, from Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. Author of several technical papers, Dr. Romero Correa has received many titles and awards including the Former Feature Student Medal in 1984 by Escola de Minas, in Ouro Preto.

Cristiano de Araújo Corrêa, Civil Engineer, Business Administrator, Specialized in Foreign Trade
Cristiano is second generation of a family with more than 40 years of experience in the mining and steel industry. He majored in Civil Engineering at FUMEC from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and in Business Administration at UNA from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Mr. Cristiano Corrêa is a member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since 2004. He also has been working as a manager in the car distribution sector for 20 years and is the Administrative and financial Director at Kia Brisa, a dealer from Belo Horizonte.

Marcelo de Araújo Corrêa, Business Executive
Marcelo is second generation of a family with more than 40 years of experience in the mining and steel industry and a member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since 2004. He is also a shareholder and advisor at Hertape Calier Saúde Animal S/A, a pharmaceutical industry. He also has been working as an entrepreneur in the car distribution sector for 20 years and is the Commercial Director at Kia Brisa, a dealer from Belo Horizonte.

Ronaro Trindade Correa, Business Executive
Ronaro is a member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since 2004. He has led the negotiations and merger of Viga Mineração to Ferrous Resources do Brasil, at which he is a board member. Mr. Trindade Correa has also led the beginning of Vetorial’s operations in Mato Grosso do Sul, from 1995 to 2001. He began and developed his career in the steel industry, managing charcoal-fueled blast furnaces operations.

Romero Trindade Correa, Civil Engineer with a Masters Degree in Materials Engineering
Romero is a member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since 2004. He worked for Vetorial Mineração in Corumba for two years, giving support to the operation and management of the mine. Romero was awarded a Masters Degree in Materials Engineering by UFOP-MG and majored in Civil Engineering at FUMEC, from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

Cyro Cunha Melo, Metallurgical Engineer
Dr. Cyro Melo is an independent member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since May 2011. He is also a Business Consultant at Tradimaq Ltda. Previously he had been the Director of New Businesses Development at Companhia Siderúrgica Belgo Mineira. He was also President at SA Mineração da Trindade as well as member and chairman of the Board of Directors at Samarco Mineração S.A. He served as a Technical Director at Samarco Mineração and Development Director at SA Mineração da Trindade. Dr. Cyro Cunha Melo began his career as a trainee at Companhia Siderúrgica Belgo Mineira. After that, he was made Head of Wire Rod for the Lamination Department at João Monlevade plant, and then Head of the Lamination Department at the same plant and Manager at Sabara plant.

Aroldo Ceotto
Dr. Aroldo Ceotto is an independent member of the Board of Directors at the Vetorial group since May 2011. He is an electrical engineer with postgraduate studies in Industrial Design and Transportation at COPPE (UFRJ). He has extensive experience in business and projects; industrial assembly; international trade and strategic planning. He worked in several segments in the industry, such as business management and oversight at SIBRA – Eletrossiderúrgica Brasileira SA before founding METAL DATA in 1985, at which, he is chief executive. In this company he worked on various advisory services to institutions in successful sales of stakes in steel companies, mining and other sectors, among which, BNDES, in the process of privatization of Vale. In recent years he has developed various projects and studies in mining, metallurgy and steel for large companies in Brazil and abroad.
