PRESIDENT/CEO
Gustavo Trindade Corrêa, Civil Engineer
Gustavo is the president of Vetorial since 2001. He assumed the position when the company had only one blast furnace in Ribas do Rio Pardo with a total production capacity of 80000 tons of pig iron. He directly managed the departments of production; administrative/financial; and business. Mr. Trindade Corrêa is second-generation of a family with more than 40 years of experience in the mining and steel industry. He majored in Civil Engineering at FUMEC (MG), has extensive experience in forestry and carbonization; logistics; metallurgy and mining; and specially, in producing and reducing iron ore as well as in operating and designing blast furnaces.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER/CFO
Rodrigo Mota Esteves, Business Administrator with a Masters Degree in Strategic Management
Rodrigo holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vetorial since 2010. Previously, he had been the Financial, Administrative and Business Superintendent Director at Brookfield Brasil. He also worked as Chief Financial and Business Manager at MMX Mineração e Metálicos, and participated in the IPO and strategic projects for business development.
Mr. Mota Esteves worked as a senior analyst at Vale and began his career as an auditor and consultant, having worked at KPMG, Schweitzer-Mauduit do Brasil and at Solution Assessoria Empresarial. Throughout his career, he gathered extensive experience in financial and business management; performance improvement; compliance; governance and corporate relations and strategic management. He was awarded a Masters Degree in Strategic Management from UFRJ. He also specialized in Finance from the Executive Program of Harvard Business School and graduated in Business Administration at UFRJ.

LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Eduardo Duarte Luso dos Santos, Attorney at Law
With 23 years of experience in mining law as well as civil, labor and environmental procedures, Mr. Eduardo Luso holds the position of Legal Director at the Vetorial group since 2003. Previously, he had maintained his law firm for 15 years, which was geared to the mining industry. Mr. Luso dos Santos is an expert in mining rights, civil procedures, and labor and environmental issues. He graduated in Law at Faculdade Milton Campos (MG).

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS
Renato Machado Vilela, Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Production Engineering
Renato is the Director of New Business Developments at Vetorial since May 2011. He is also a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. Before joining Vetorial, he worked as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Marluvas Calçados Profissionais and served as Senior Manager of Corporate Developments at Brookfield Brasil leading M & A operations from $15 million to $4 billion. He also served as a consultant to the INDG, where he led projects in more than 100 companies in Brazil, the United States and Europe. Throughout his career, he acquired extensive experience in business management; strategy; restructuring and turnaround; mergers and acquisitions; corporate and finance operations. Mr. Renato Vilela holds a Masters Degree in Production Engineering (Innovation Management) from UFMG. He is specialized in Finance and majored in Mechanical Engineering at UFMG.

PIG IRON INDUSTRY
Hélvio Caldeira Carvalho, Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, Specialized in Business Management and Project Management
Hélvio has been holding the position of Industrial Officer at Vetorial since May 2011. Before joining the company, he had been developing his career at Arcelor Mittal Inox Brasil (Acesita), where he worked as a manager for the reduction area and designed projects for the expansion of blast furnaces and steelworks. Throughout his 20-year career, Mr. Caldeira Carvalho acquired extensive experience in coordination, contracting and project management for corporate, strategic and environmental investments in industrial areas. He is specialized in Business Management from FDC, in Project Management from IETEC, in Environment from UFMG and majored in Industrial Mechanical Engineering at PUC-MG.

MINING
Carlos Gilberto Ferlini, Geological Engineer, Specialized in Management and Entrepreneurship, with 31 Years of Experience in Mining Works
Carlos Ferlini has been holding the position of Director at Vetorial Mineração since 2008. Previously, he had worked as a consultant for mining projects at Vale, Votorantim Metais, and Mineração Varginha. While holding that position he conducted surveys on mineral reserves of iron ore, bauxite and other minerals. Before working for Mineração Varginha, he had served as Industrial Officer for Rio Pomba Mineração, where he was responsible for planning and developing mining works. Mr. Ferlini began and developed his career at GRUPO PEÑARROYA (Mineração Mira Serra, Sociedade Paulista de Metais and Bramok), where he developed and oriented mining units. Throughout his career, he has acquired extensive experience in mineral research, development and management of mines. He was awarded a post-graduate degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at UFJF, and majored in Geological Engineering at UFOP.

ENERGY
Ronaldo Machado Corrêa Júnior, 32 Years of Experience in Steel Works
Ronaldo is a manager at Vetorial Energética, and since 2009 he is responsible for conducting surveys on technological development for the charcoal production. He is also responsible for the operation of the Carbonization Plants since 2010. Mr. Corrêa Júnior used to be Industrial officer at Siderbel / Cosivapor, position he held for over ten years. Before that, he was a founding partner of Estanbrás Estanhos do Brasil Ltda., a high-grade tin producer. Before working for Estanbrás he had been Manager at Madeirar Embalagens in the state of Espirito Santo. Mr. Corrêa Júnior began his career at Cimetal Florestas. He has 32 years of professional experience in activities directly related to the steel industry.

LOGISTICS AND SUPPLIES
Juarez Pereira Peixoto, Business Manager, MBA, Specialized in Logistics
Juarez is the Director of Logistics and Supply at Vetorial since 2006. Before that, he had worked as a Business and Operations Director at Tora Logística, and was responsible for stock trading and operations in Mercosur, Marketing and Quality Control. He also worked at Gerdau, where he began his career as a trainee. Then he was responsible for ore purchases and finally reached the Delivery Logistics Management. Throughout his career he acquired extensive experience in logistics operation, especially at steel makers. Mr. Juarez Peixoto specialized in Logistics at COPPEAD/UFRJ. He holds an MBA in Marketing, from IBMEC, is specialized in Logistics from UNA-CEPEDERH and majored in Business Management at UFMG.

TECHNICAL TEAM
Marcelo Mendonça dos Santos Figueiredo, MBA, with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
Marcelo is Technical Director at Vetorial since May 2011. Before that, he had occupied the position of Industrial Officer at the company since 2004. He has also worked as Coordinator of New Businesses for Citibank, responsible for managing the PJ client portfolio. Prior to Citibank, he had worked at Usiminas, where he began his career as a trainee. Then he became Development Engineer and finally went to Sales Management to assume the position of sales engineer. Throughout his career, he acquired extensive experience in the industrial and commercial segments as well as in the mining and steel industry. He was awarded an Executive MBA in Business Management from FDC, a Masters Degree in Steel Construction from UFOP and majored in Civil Engineering at WSCF-MG.
