The Vetorial group focuses its activities in the mining and steel segment, producing iron ore, charcoal and pig iron from charcoal. The company is currently one of the largest independent pig iron producers in Brazil.

Adding experience in the segment since 1969, both the company and its founders are nationally recognized as important references in the industry.

Based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, in recent years Vetorial has been focusing its operations in Mato Grosso do Sul where it is responsible for creating more than 800 direct jobs.

A vertical structure with independent businesses:

Vetorial Energética - Forest management and charcoal production. Currently planting 30000 hectares and expanding in order to achieve forest sustainability and to reach about 80000 hectares in 2017.

Vetorial Mineração - Iron ore production and export with reserves estimated at 700 million tons of ROM (run-of-mine) – approximately 1 billion tons of mineral resources – in Maciço do Urucum, Corumba – MS.

Vetorial Siderurgia - 744000 tons of pig iron production per year at full capacity, divided into three plants in Mato Grosso do Sul, positioning the company among the top three in Brazil.

Log Brasil - A logistics company established in Parana, over which the Vetorial group has shared control (50%).
